She’s led People and Culture for the largest event centre in the Southern Hemisphere, supported 130+ General Managers with talent strategy, and championed gender equity across large-scale organisations. Rochelle is a natural mentor, experienced in everything from leadership program design to workplace investigations.
With over 40 years in hotel management, hospitality consultancy and the corporate sector in both Australia and the US, Wayne is a veteran of building engaged, high-functioning teams. He’s led 4 and 5 star properties, written operational playbooks, coached executives, and developed training programs that directly impact bottom-line performance. His leadership model centres on adaptability, communication, and consistency.
An accomplished international executive with over 30 years specializing in leadership development, human resources, and executive coaching across the Asia-Pacific and Europe. Christine has held senior roles in hospitality and health sectors driving talent development and culture transformation in large organizations. She has led significant global talent projects and managed the integration of teams following company mergers and acquisitions. She is passionate about helping businesses align their culture with the business strategy as well as developing leaders through executive coaching using Genos EI and DISC assessment tools.
